As part of Mastering Homeopathy, our Homeopathy Education and Treatment Clinic offers you the opportunity to participate in an online consultation led by dedicated homeopathy students working under the supervision of an experienced homeopath. The goal of this service is to provide students with a valuable learning experience while providing clients with personalized and attentive homeopathic support. We prioritize confidentiality and privacy in all consultations, aiming to create a safe and respectful environment for everyone.

Cancellation Policy
1. Parties This agreement is entered into between the person purchasing a one-on-one online homeopathy session ("Session") through www.masteringhomeopathy.com ("Site") ("Participant") and Dr. Kudret Parpar ("Consultant"). By making payment, the Participant accepts the Terms and Conditions, Sales Agreement, Return Policy, and Privacy Policy on the Site. 2. Nature of the Service The session is for informational and awareness purposes only; it does not constitute a medical diagnosis, treatment, or prescription service. The Participant agrees not to change their current treatment and to consult with specialist physicians on any medical matters. 3. Participant's Obligations The Participant is obligated to provide accurate and complete information. All liability arising from decisions and actions taken during or after the session rests with the Participant. 4. Consultant's Disclaimer of Liability The Consultant cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect damages that may arise from the application of the information provided. We are not responsible for any internet-related technical issues. 5. Fees, Payments, and Refunds Session fees are paid using the methods specified on the Site. Following confirmation, the session date/time will be communicated to the Participant. The Participant may cancel at least 48 hours before the session; otherwise, no refunds will be issued. The Site's Refund Policy applies to refunds. 6. Privacy Participant's personal information will be used solely for the purposes of the session and will not be shared with third parties. Details are set forth in the Privacy Policy on the Site. 7. Dispute Resolution This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Rhode Island, USA. Disputes will primarily be resolved amicably; if this is not possible, they will be finally resolved by arbitration in Rhode Island, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). The language of the arbitration is English, and the decision rendered is binding on the parties. The Participant, even if a foreign national, agrees to this choice of law. 8. Effective Date By making payment, the participant is deemed to have accepted this agreement. The agreement is executed electronically and does not require a signature.
